Who are they? WHY are they? From the future, the stone age, outer space, THE GRAVE, and also from a side-ways reality they come. Their songs mix dark magic with quantum physics. It’s ATOMIC-AGE rock-n-roll with a 21st Century twist!

The E-1's combine all their favorite classic rock styles -rockabilly, psychodelia, surf-guitar, punk, what have ya, mix in a little theremin and hammond organ, and tell (slightly tall) tales of robots, circus trains, wild hillbilly parties, and hungry zombies!

♦ The Exotic Ones take their name from the title of the 1968 horror/cult film (which was also called The Monster and the Stripper) from Nashville’s "first family" of film, The Ormonds (Ron, June, and Tim).

♦ The E-1’s feature members of Nashville’s long-running Celtic favorites The Secret Commonwealth, plus former members of Trauma Team, Dragula, and The Reverbians.
