Once a band has tasted New York, there is no going back! The young and talented kid band from Clarksville, TN known for the last five years as "Public Disturbance" found this out the hard way. They traveled to the "Big Apple" this spring and summer (2005) to take a walk on the wild side. Their new found "home away from home" at Sound Room Studios, West Babylon, NY was ground zero for a mental meltdown, a transformation, a disintegration and a re-generation of a new beginning as "Toby the Fugitive." The new name, the new start and a fresh new full length CD has been the catalyst for change and new found creativity. With the help of Tomas Costanza (lead singer of Diffuser - Hollywood Records and bassist for the Neverenders - Indiola Records) as the producer, mixer and master along with his talented staff of engineers, Toby the Fugitive has re-established this talented group of musicians/entertainers as a band of brothers attacking the music scene with a passion, a vision, a mission and a new found destiny.
