Showgoat is an explosive and energetic mix of melodic cover music and original rock... Three of the members, Rex Carroll, Brian Crews, and Cam Smalley, hail from Columbia, Tennessee, where they grew up playing in different rock groups together, developing a cohesive & powerful feast of modern rock for the audience to devour. The emergence of this new band took place when Dave Savage, who moved to Nashville from Ohio, joined up with the other members in early 2007.

In addition to their diverse selection of original rock, Showgoat performs a range of covers including songs by Aerosmith, The Police, STP, Van Halen, Alice in Chains, Nirvana & Lit, (just to name a few) The band members are Dave Savage on guitar and vocals, Rex Carroll on Bass and vocals, Brian Crews on Drums, & Cam Smalley on lead guitar and vocals.
