Thank you so much for visiting our site here on myspace. You must be asking yourself, "who in the world is SkipJack?" Well, we are a group of musicians that have been been friends and also playing music for over 15 years now. A short time ago, we all were just messing around with a few songs that we have wrote, and the next thing we knew we had about 15 songs that were perfected. So, we decided to play a few parties to see if what we wrote was any good, and we discovered that people loved the music and asked us if we were an "offical" band. That is when SkipJack was born and we have been working hard on our music since. As a new band, we have also realized that sone cover songs were needed to get our foot in the door at most of the bars and clubs in the area. We have taken many cover songs and have redone them the SkipJack way that anyone can enjoy. Right at this time we have one song on here and in the next few days will have 3 more of our originals on here. Also we are working on recording another 5 of our songs that will be done in the next few weeks.
