Stonegate was started in October of 2002 with original members Peter Brauchle, Jake Brenenstall, Ken Thomas, and Jacob Long playing bass. After about a year and a half of playing shows. We decided the band could do better without a bassist and also due to other musical intrest, Jacob left the band. Until recently, Stonegate became a 3 peice band and continued to play shows mostly in the Knoxville, Birmingham, Huntsville, and Nashville area. Now as of January 2006, The band is now loooking for a 2nd guitarist. Some of the bands we have jammed with: Darker Tommorow, Blood Tribe, Deadlock, 20 Saw You Die, Stentoria, Mastodon, Spelkraft, Dissarray, Metatron, Pylot, Soul Reclusion, State of Decay,Pain Factor, EnVain, Temple Of Blood, Convergence from Within, Skullkin to name a few.
