Spout is now managed by Hoffman Entertainment - New York, whose other artists include John Mellencamp, Thalia, Heather Hedley, and CKY.  Spout's shows have recently sparked interest for product distribution from Tinderbox Music, and have exposed Spout as one of the most name-familiar  rock bands in Music City.

Stacy Hogan (founder and lead singer/guitarist/ of Spout) began his musical career at age four by teaching himself Mozart piano concertos in his hometown of Cairo, GA.  By 4th grade, he was gaining merit in talent shows from his piano performances, and by age 11 he was performing live on television shows in Tallahassee, Florida opening up for country legend Emmy Lou Harris, as well as already playing the famous Bluebird CafĂ© in Nashville.  At age 16, his talent evolved to form the first derivation of Spout, who would soon be booked opening for Creed in 1998.

In 2000, Stacy moved to Nashville to find a new lineup for the band.  After a very successful run with various members, Spout has recently reformed more focused than ever to make an even stronger dent in the industry that has shown curiosity about the band from Music City who won't lie down!   Chad Jones, (guitars) was the front man of his own band in his hometown of Toledo, OH.  His style is the perfect compliment to the Spout sound.  Dan Shreiber (drums), is a hard hitting technical drummer that brings undeniable new energy to the foundation.  Adam Nagel (bass), talented and full of presence is the perfect completion to the solid rhythm section that was newly reformed in 2005 and ready to take Spout further than ever.

Spout released their debut album, "Spout", in Sept 2003.  The album was produced by Stacy of Spout & chart-topping songwriter/producer Jim Allison at ARIA records studios, Nashville.  Spout then teamed up with producers Chris Grainger & Russ Long (Wilco, Switchfoot, Six Pence None The Richer) to record 3 new tracks. Now, Spout is currently writing and recording what is sure to be a major follow up to their first release as well as some hard hitting fuel that they hope will be the key to the success they've been so close to achieving.
