overzealous

overzealous is quickly earning the respect of rock music fans throughout the country with their catchy original tunes and toe-tappin' live show. Their songs combine the pop sensibility of the Beatles, the driving rhythms of Led Zeppelin, the angst of Nirvana, and the sound of modern American youth culture as they hear it. The Tennessee-based quartet recently appeared in the unreleased independent film, Novem. All four members of the band played feature roles in the movie and contributed five original songs to the soundtrack. The band is recently recording a follow-up to their 2003 self-titled EP called Turn To Clear Vision. This full length record and an abundance of unreleased material are in store for listeners.
