Clawing and pinching around in the "Rat Room", in a basement of the old Parks Inc.building (behind Union Station, Nashville Tn.) in '96, Drain the Lobster was a combination of axe man Richie Parks (White Animals, Outlaws), drummer Dave Kennedy (Walk the West, Cactus Brothers), bassist Kurt Wagner (Big Sur, Prodigal Sun), and singer/songwriter Stevie A. Lobster ( as they are now known) is in the process of cooking up their 3rd record , (second to be released) this one with new producer/keyboardist Ronnie Godfrey (Marshal Tucker) under the gourmet supervision of Randy Coleman at Colemine Studios in Nashville Tn. .Their first 2 records were served up by producer Mike Dysinger of Eclectic Records (Tracy Nelson) .Lobster also has a couple of videos streaming at rolling stone dot com .Their music has been featured on two 30 minute long action packed extreme motorcycle videos produced by Hard Rock Productions
