F of X an emotional prospective with a progressive feel

f(x) began in 2003 after a drummer had a short jam session with another former local band, Nexiium.  Nunley and Zoller were members of the band and were so impressed with the skill, versatility and feel of the drummer, Young, that they decided the same night that happiness in music would not come to them unless they broke from Nexiium and joined with Young for a project.  After a slow beginning to the project, the trio began to establish a sound which surprised them, scared them, and made them want to explore where it could go.  Using Nunley's song structures and lyrics, Zoller's inventive, unorthodox guitar work, and Young's precision and rhythmic timing, the sound of f(x) was officially born.  Each of the three musicians are of different faiths, musical backgrounds, and ideology, yet the love for the music binds them together.  Integrity is their first priority, and each song is carefully crafted to ensure that quality in musicianship, songwriting, and feel are never overlooked.  Progression is first and for most for f(x), and that will remain the same as long as the blood flows through each of their bodies and into the life force of the music.  Complicated time signatures, complex rhythm patterns, and solid songwriting will sustain them for years to come.
