Physical Description: Fugitive has dark blondish hair, which he sometimes attempts to conceal with a snow toboggan (also referred to as a "beanie" by some of the local hipsters]. He may or may not be wearing glasses. His glasses are dark framed, and bear a close resemblance to those of Buddy Hollie. He sometimes tries to disguise his physical appearance by growing facial hair. His facial hair may take on many forms, but is most commonly reported as being "beardlike."
